\nLiaise with BCD\/other vendors for flights, accommodation and preparation of detailed itineraries including liaising<\/p>\n

with Pfizer colleagues regarding travel, accommodation and transfer arrangements for international and local<\/p>\n

meetings.
\nAssist various members of the team with office familiarization<\/a> including room preparation and their appropriate storage.<\/p>\n

Ensure in coordination with procurement\/ GCO team and compliance, completion of interact, MAPP and FCPA paperwork for vendors.
\nInitiate POs in Ariba for payments to suppliers<\/a> and follow up with vendors to ensure delivery of orders in timely<\/p>\n

manner and follow up with finance for final payments.
\nProvide administrative support to the Staff, preparation of presentations, type letters and maintaining<\/p>\n

appointments, etc\u2026.
\nContinuous update of the shared team calendar and maintain distribution lists and key contact lists.
\nFollow-up on department activities, pending issues and deadlines and participates in resolving<\/a> the administrative<\/p>\n

problems in the department.
\nProvide assistance in the setting of the department objectives<\/a> and development plans and help in the relevant<\/p>\n

automated systems.

Knowledge\/Requirements:<\/p>\n

Minimum of 5 years of experience in office administration.
\nFluent English Language (written & spoken).
\nWorking knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel, Power Point<\/p>\n

Excellent typing skills with high speed in both Arabic and English
