About the Job:<\/h3>\n

The Accounts Receivable Accountant is reports to Chief Accountant. The Accounts Receivable Accountant is responsible for providing financial, administrative services in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations. The Accounts Receivable Accountant must comply with established policies and procedures:<\/p>\n

Receive and review all payments and received cheques (PDC’s & Current dated cheques)
\nAssist on the bank reconciliation
\nSupport Audit related activities for department.
\nHandling a monthly analysis for all customers
\nPosting and issuing of monthly invoices and claims
\nHandling balance confirmations and reconciliations for all customers.<\/p>\n

About You:<\/h3>\n

Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:<\/p>\n

A degree in Accounting or Finance is required<\/p>\n

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience<\/p>\n

Excellent Excel.
