\nJob Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\u2022 Lead the accounting team on accounts payable, accounts receivable, stock, fixed assets in ensuring its service lines are delivered promptly and efficiently.
\n\u2022 Review and improve processes as and when possible for greater efficiency. Responsible for streamlining and automating accounting processes .
\n\u2022 Foster good relations across departments and provide quality service to vendors.
\n\u2022 Initiate and integrate process improvement methodologies where appropriate.
\n\u2022 Clearly communicate opportunities where changes can be made and what are required to make those changes.
\n\u2022 Build strong relationships with process owners and communicate with them effectively in order to introduce process improvement and change projects in the organization.
\n\u2022 Provide management with project status updates, feedback and appropriate reporting on key process focused objectives.
\n\u2022 Plan, roll-out, support and provide training to others in process improvement methodology.
\n\u2022 Act as administrator for corporate card system .
\n\u2022 Be the finance focal point to work with other operational staff in streamlining procurement activities.
\n\u2022 Work with team members to ensure project alignment with business objective.
\n\u2022 Provide guidance to the team in issue resolutions.
\n\u2022 Team administration and staff development.
\n\u2022 Maintain an effective IT system for tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide performance feedback on the team.
\n\u2022 Responsible to ensure all their KPIs are met and maintained consistently.
\n\u2022 Responsible to execute a robust backup plan for the team to ensure no hiccups in delivery of services.
\n\u2022 Ensure adequate internal controls are in place for all areas of operations Ensure that the business meets all Group and statutory business control requirements and policies. Ensure proper documentary control and filing of all record are in place.
\nJob Qualifications:-
\n\u2022 5-7 years of experience
\n\u2022 Fluent English is a Must
\n\u2022 Bachelor of Commerce
\n\u2022 Effective time management.
\n\u2022 Strong Communication skills.
\n\u2022 Strong Leadership skills.
\nLocation: Maadi
\nSalary: 6000 \u2013 7000 EGP
\nDay off: Saturday & Sunday
