Applications Administration: Responsible for the preparation of credit memorandums and credit proposals.
Financial Spreads: Preparing spread sheets based on the financials of the existing / prospective customers.
Financial Analysis: Project and analyze the financials supported by the spread sheet and other information gathered to produce effective reports explaining the historical operating performance of a company as well as its financial position, liquidity, & cash flow management etc. to support informed decision making
Credit review: Responsible for preparing the CPs to credit committees and handle requests for clarification and additional information. Advise client of progress of application.
Operations: Responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of the existing clients within his/her portfolio.
New Customers: Approaches prospected customers to market corporate facilities.
Customer Service: Handles all customers’ inquiries while maintaining high level of customer satisfaction.
Acting as a second (after the credit analyst) level point of contact for corporate customers to resolve any problems, in the absence of Relationship Managers; as a necessary step, accompanying the Relationship Manager to at least one meeting with the existing or prospect clients.
Client Management: Assisting in the account management process as instructed by the Unit Head: This includes but is not limited to:
Monitoring customer compliance with credit limits, and initiating Early Alert Signals.
Manage a limited number of accounts, supervised by the Unit Head, ensuring that client needs are delivered and a high quality service is provided
5 to 7 years banking sector experience
Experience in corporate banking, credit analysis or in supporting relationship management
Track record in supporting corporate clients
Experience in credit analysis, credit process and portfolio management
