Perform maintenance reminder follow up calls on daily basis as per the provided work sequence sheet.
Call customer in polite and professional manner.
Proceed with customer follow up phone call as per the recommended dialog for maintenance reminder
Promote appointment to customer and make appointment as per the work sequence sheet
Report any irregularities to MRS supervisor as per the work sequence sheet
Update Customer and Vehicle information at Database.
